Summit Automation ("we," "us") is a DBA of Summit AI Solutions, 1595 Palm Bay Rd. #1093, Palm Bay, FL 32905. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, business name, phone number, and what you're looking for. When you call our AI receptionist line, the call may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond to your request and improve service quality. We also collect basic technical information (such as browser type) when you use the site.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, provide and improve our services, and communicate with you about work you've requested. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, telephony, and scheduling providers), and only as needed.
By providing your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for business purposes. To access, correct, or delete your information, email nicholas@summitautomation.org or call (772) 444-8030 and we'll take care of it.
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
